Shipping Policy

All orders are committed to be delivered at any given point in time within the delivery time slot & not at any specific delivery time. Cancelling an order due to a fixed committed time is not guaranteed.

Estimated delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the destination to which the product to be delivered. Delivery date and time cannot be guaranteed in case of special circumstances like extreme weather conditions, riots, strikes, elections, bandhs, pandemics and during rush hour on special celebration days like Valentine, Diwali, Christmas, New year, etc..., the order cancellation would not be possible in such circumstances.

The delivery will NOT be redirected / redelivered to any other address in any circumstances once the delivery is executed. Any changes to the recipient address would be entertained 24 hours before actual delivery. 

In the event the delivery is not executed during the first attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and re-delivery of the products is not possible due to their perishable nature.

We will consider the order executed in the below cases:

  • Wrong shipping/delivery address
  • Recipient not available
  • Premises locked
  • Wrong landlines / Mobile number or Extension number which may render us unable to reach the recipient for the delivery
  • Recipient refusing to accept the delivery. 6. Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbours.

We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.

We are not liable for the condition of products that reach the customer through third party logistics/ apps or any other type of pick up arranged by the customer.
